• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions and intelligent workflow automation.
• Build and implement AI-powered workflows that automate business processes.
• Develop and customize Generative AI applications and Custom GPTs.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using enterprise data and knowledge sources.
• Develop scalable AI applications and automation using Python.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions and technical designs.
• Create end-to-end AI solution architectures and technical implementation plans.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and demonstrate AI capabilities.
• Provide customer training, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer.
• Evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver AI projects successfully.
• Stay current with emerging developments in Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG, and AI automation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in technology, AI, software development, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience with Python Development.
• Strong experience with Agentic AI and Workflow Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Custom GPTs.
• Strong knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and implementations.
• Strong experience in Solution Design and Architecture.
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with customer engagement and technical training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience integrating multiple AI agents into automated workflows.
• Experience with LLM platforms, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building production-ready RAG applications.
• Experience developing AI-powered applications using Python.
• Experience conducting customer workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Strong understanding of AI solution architecture, security, scalability, and deployment.
