Schedule: 40 hours/week; primarily nights and weekends
Shift Examples: Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Sun–Thu, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day fleet and transportation operations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Safety, Driver Training, HR, and Planning teams.
• Partner with drivers, customers, and production/distribution facilities to maintain effective communication.
• Monitor transportation performance and help optimize fleet operations.
• Support safe, reliable, and timely transportation services.
• Address operational issues and coordinate solutions across departments.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external customers.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
• Perform additional transportation and fleet-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to work primarily night and weekend shifts.
