We are actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on expertise in designing and implementing automated tests, test scenario prioritization, test planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Salary Range: 90k - 100k Per Annum

Responsibilities:

1. Automated Test Design:

   • Utilize a minimum of 8 years of experience to design automated tests by creating scripts that automate testing functions.

2. Test Scenario Prioritization:

   • Demonstrate 8 years of experience in prioritizing test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios effectively.

3. Test Planning and Execution:

   • Leverage 8 years of experience to create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and prepare test environments.
   • Perform moderately complex functional, application, and regression testing.

4. SDLC Knowledge:

   • Apply a deep understanding of the software development life cycle and various software development methodologies.

5. Requirement Interpretation:

   • Interpret requirement documents and update test documents accordingly.

6. Analysis and Reporting:

   • Showcase 8 years of strong familiarity with analysis, planning, and management reporting functions.

7. Business Knowledge:

   • Acquire knowledge of the Customer's business in the assigned area.

8. Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills:

   • Demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within the team.

9. Customer Interaction:

   • Collaborate with customers as needed during the test cycle.

10. Analytical and Communication Skills:

    • Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.

11. Multi-tasking and Project Management:

    • Prove a proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups, managing multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Experience:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience with the Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates.

2. Familiarity with the company's information architecture and information management methodologies.

3. Familiarity with existing and planned software technology, and the global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components.
