The ideal candidate will work on our Document Generation project by developing and maintaining applications on the Salesforce platform and work closely with the software development and product teams to deliver high quality, scalable products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project that will shape the future of our agency systems.

• Develop, test, and maintain applications on the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with cross functional team members to design and develop new solutions to meet business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications
• Perform System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Code Reviews
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce applications
• Continuously improve the performance and scalability of Salesforce applications
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and standards and stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies

Salary Range: 90k to 110k Per Annum

Years Required/Preferred Experience
5 Required Proficiency in Salesforce platform development
5 Required Proficiency in Integration platforms with Salesforce such as MuleSoft and PostgreSQL
5 Required Ability to meet deadlines, clear blockers, communicate delays, and clarify ambiguous requirements
5 Required Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
5 Required Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
5 Required Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5 Required Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals, clients, and stakeholders
4 Required Experience with project/issue tracking systems such as JIRA
4 Required Experience with Agile development methodologies
4 Preferred Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field.
1 Preferred Salesforce certification(s)
1 Preferred Experience with Conga Composer
