Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) across to collect and update technical and business metadata. 

Load collected technical business metadata into EDC and Axon. 

Administer EDC and Axon 

Develop ETL in Informatica Power Center and Informatica data quality. 

Develop data quality processes and scorecards.  

Perform outreach and communication with source systems to support change management automation adopted by source systems. 

Review and assessment of the design, implementation and management of security access roles and privileges for all types of metadata consumers. 

Identification and documentation of business processes. 

SALARY RANGE: 110K TO 120K Per Annum

Essential Job Functions: 

Contribute the development of ETL processes, particularly those targeting Master Data Management (MDM) solution. Coordinate and communicate with cross-SMEs to review and confirm technical metadata gaps. Participation and knowledge in the development of processes and guidelines for Metadata Management - change management, metadata access and sharing. Communicate successfully with technical and non-technical groups to facilitate the coordination of project activities.

Knowledge Skills Abilities:  

Experience with using and administering Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog and Axon.  

Experience Developing ETL with informatica Power Center and Informatica Data Quality. 

Experience with Oracle DDL and DML. 

Experience with SQL and data analysis.  

Experience with security and data quality metadata.  

Skill in communicating effectively - orally and in writing.  

Ability to assess and utilize metadata information.  

Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, negotiate among multiple parties, resolve conflicts. 

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships – internally and externally.  

Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment.  

Ability to exercise judgment and work independently with limited direction. Ability to work on multiple projects or project assignments. 

Initial Selection Criteria: 

Required: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university. Strong Informatica Metadata Manager experience. Strong EDC and Axon experience. Strong ETL development skills in Informatica Power Center and Data Quality. Strong SQL Experience. Experience with Oracle Databases. Experience with the business domain. Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle.  

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in enterprise data analytics, integration, and management, working with data warehouse and data governance technologies.

Preferred Skills:

5 years of Informatica administration experience, including installation, configuration, upgrades, problem handling, and business continuity support.

5 years Proven ability to implement data integration best practices and conventions.

5 years Understanding of IT data security principles.

5 years Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

5 years Comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional, collaborative teams.

4 years of scripting knowledge (Java, Python, Perl, PowerShell, Bash, SQL).

4 years Hands-on experience configuring EDC and Axon, including business glossaries, dashboards, policies, search, process maps, and advanced scanners.

3 years of experience creating scripts to automate system administration tasks, schedules, and deployment activities.

3 years Knowledge of source-to-target data lineage mapping and automated harvest methods.

2 years of experience administering Informatica Axon or similar data governance portal solutions.

2 years of experience administering Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog or similar automated metadata harvest and enrichment solutions.

2 years of experience administering Informatica Data Quality or similar data profiling, cleansing, scorecard, and identity resolution solutions.

2 years of Linux administration experience.

2 years Proficiency in reading data payloads in JSON and XML format.

1 years Informatica vendor certification on EDC, Axon, and/or IDQ administration within the past 3 years.

1 years Understanding of DAMA DMBOK data management framework.

1 years Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methods of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).

1 years Knowledge of cloud infrastructure solutions (Azure, AWS, OCI).

1 years Experience with Git version control system.

1 years Experience with large-scale data Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environments.
