Contract: 6 months
The incumbent will support Human Resources Division (HRD) and the Office of Leave Policy Administration.
Hours would be flexible but roughly 37.5 hours, M-F and there is the possibility of remote work.
The incumbent will support Human Resources Division (HRD) and the Office of Leave Policy Administration (OLPA) in ensuring that the Commonwealth, as an employer, remains in compliance with the Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) program as well as other family and medical leave programs pursuant to federal/state regulations. Duties will include, but aren’t limited to, maintaining Excel databases of PFML notices, communicating verbally and in writing with stakeholders regarding time-sensitive action items, and escalating concerns of non-compliance.
It is expected that the incumbent will use MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, and Constant Contact with regularity in order to perform their duties.
The candidate will need to report to 100 Cambridge St., Suite 600.
As far as going forward, potential for remote work as long as they have the appropriate Technology.
